This concept encourages growth mind set through flipped learning, increased student agency, individual programmes and sitting assessments when ready. Our classes are a mix of y11 and y12 students. We will discuss why this framework was developed, its implementation last year at HVHS and the introduction to WHS this year. We welcome discussion, questions and advice, and while this presentation is about a Maths framework, we are sure many concepts will be applicable anywhere teachers want to improve their courses for the benefit of their students.
